Everything you create here is private to your account — your scenarios, buildings and results are visible only to you. Here's how to get from an empty workspace to a signed-off number.
Use Project → Import data to upload your Physical, Organization, Scenario and Rules workbooks. New here? Grab the templates from Project → Download sample data — fill them in, then import. (A guided setup wizard is coming soon so you won't need spreadsheets at all.)
Project → Open scenario… lists the scenarios in your workspace. Open one to load its buildings, teams and demand onto the stacking map.
Click Run Optimizer (top-right). Choose a time budget and solution quality in the pre-flight dialog, then let it solve. You can also place or lock allocations by hand before solving.
Open Reports for the Value Scorecard (the headline financial case), Optimised Allocations (the plan itself) and Compare Plans (option vs option). The KPI dials up top update after every run.
Your email and a Sign out button sit top-right. Forgot your password? Sign out, then use Forgot password on the sign-in panel — we'll email you a reset link.

List the teams that need desks and how many people each has. Each becomes a section with desk demand.
Here's what we'll create in your workspace. Nothing is written until you press Create.
Creates a new scenario by copying the current one. The clone always includes scenario metadata, demand rows, objective weights, and chip placements. Constraints are scenario-specific — tick the box below to clone them too.
Creates a blank scenario — no demand, no chips — ready to build up from the Fact Sheet or Import. Writes the scenario row plus an explicit-default objective-weights row so weights are tunable in-UI immediately.
